DESCRIPTION:Get to Know Yourself — Inside & Out is a two-part Ayurvedic talk series led by Shab and hosted in the beautiful Mantra Sukha Tearoom in Carlsbad Village. Taking place on Tuesday\, January 13 and Tuesday\, January 20 from 5:45–7:00 PM (participants must attend both sessions)\, this intimate experience combines guided discussion and audience participation to help you discover your unique Ayurvedic constitution and better understand the connection between your physical and emotional body. Through this exploration\, you’ll gain practical insight into how small lifestyle shifts can be made with greater ease\, compassion\, and self-understanding.
