DESCRIPTION:The San Diego Allergy society is hosting a Patient Education Day on Allergic Diseases in the First Decade of Life\, including asthma\, eczema\, environmental allergies\, and food allergies. The goal of this event is to provide children who suffer from allergic diseases with the most up to date information on diagnosis\, managements\, and treatment options from patient advocates who either have the disease or who have children who suffer from the disease as well as local experts in allergic disease management. The event is free for all families (we only require a $20 registration fee per family that is refunded when you check in for the event) as we want this message to be available to all who are interested. Light refreshments will also be provided free of cost and registration for the event includes free admission to Birch Aquarium for the entire day. Made with organic tangelos from a local farm\, the flavor features tangelo cream\, bruleed tangelo custard\, and a swirl of toasted sugar mascarpone served in an orange waffle cone. \nGuests who stop by Little Fox from April 8–12 are encouraged to donate to Feeding San Diego in exchange for a scoop\, supporting efforts to fight hunger and reduce food waste across San Diego County.
