DESCRIPTION:The She Performs Combine from Integrated Movement Therapy Institute (IMTI) is a one-of-a-kind athletic performance experience designed specifically for female athletes ages 12–21. \nParticipants will complete a series of professional-style performance assessments measuring speed\, agility\, power\, balance\, and movement quality. Guided by IMTI’s expert performance coaches\, each athlete will receive personalized insights into her strengths and opportunities for improvement\, along with a customized performance roadmap to help guide future training. \nEvery participant will also receive an IMTI Player Card with measurable performance results\, a She Performs swag bag\, and the opportunity to better understand how she moves and performs in a supportive environment created exclusively for female athletes. \nWhether preparing for club sports\, high school athletics\, or simply looking to train with greater purpose\, the She Performs Combine provides athletes with valuable data and expert guidance to support their long-term athletic development. \nEvent Details \n\nDate: Tuesday\, August 4\, 2026\nSession 1: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM\nSession 2: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM\nLocation: Sportsplex Poway\, Poway\, CA\nWho Can Attend: Female athletes ages 12–21 of all skill levels\n\nRegistration is required.
