Are you ready for an all new Summer event at SeaWorld in San Diego??
Thanks to The Moms, we got a sneak peek at the new Sesame Street Party Parade last weekend as it launches for the Summer 2018!
The Sesame Street Party Parade is marching excitement throughout SeaWorld. This colorful, musical, and show-stopping parade is fun enough to get the whole family dancing.
This event features 10 larger-than-life themed floats including Sesame Street favorites such as Mr. Hooper’s Store and Count’s Castle. The whole family will be singing and dancing along with Elmo and his furry cast of friends as they join more than 20 dancers along the parade route. The parade also features a pair of impressive show stops. The first includes performers jumping rope, hula hooping and grooving with their Sesame Street friends. And the second stars Rosita, a Sesame Street favorite who like to play the guitar and is fluent in English and Spanish. SeaWorld San Diego is the FIRST and ONLY place to see this unique parade experience in California.
The Sesame Street Party Parade takes place at 4:30 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday, from May 5 through September 2.
When we went to check it out, we had way more fun then we imagined! The little ones danced in the street and there was even a few little ones that got pulled up to interact with the characters during the parade. With such a family friendly event, you will want to come back every weekend all Summer!
With special packages that you can purchase, your little ones can also enjoy dinner with Elmo, photo packages with Elmo and friends, and even front row parade seating with sun SeaWorld light up necklaces! Check the website for scheduled and availability.
While you are visiting, you can also check out some of the Sesame Street themed rides.
Younger kids will love Elmo’s Flying Fish, as this ride goes up and down across an imaginary ocean – on a flying fish that looks surprisingly like a favorite Sesame Street character – Elmo. Also check out Abby’s Sea Star Spin which will take the kids for some whirling and twirling on a classic spinning teacup ride. You control the spin with the wheel at the center of your starfish-inspired riding cup.
When you go to visit- we would love it if you tagged us and used #sdmomsblog so we can see what you are up to! Have fun this summer and we will see you at SeaWorld!
