This is hands down one of our favorites, and San Diego Moms owner Niki and daughter Kaialani make this one of their top choices! The mini is HUGE – they have huge portions, are of impeccable quality, the fruit is incredibly fresh, and there are SO many options. We love there California Dreamin’ Acai Bowl (minus the Peanut Butter). They also have some great breakfast sandwiches.   1. Honeys and 101 Diner in downtown Encinitas also have super duper Acai Bowls. Did you know the Acai Bowl was born in Encinitas and difficult, if not impossible, to find in other parts of the county for years? Great to see one of my favorite treats can be found outside of my home turf. 🙂
