This is a Peanut App partner post.
How many times have you been out with friends and said “there should be a Tinder for moms”? I know I have said it a handful of times, which is why I was thrilled to learn that Peanut, a FREE mobile app that connects moms, is launching in San Diego. Peanut is a smart mobile solution for mamas to connect and learn from like-minded women. Because let’s face it, the more women in your life, the better it becomes. So if you haven’t swiped left or right in a minute, get those fingers ready to swipe and connect with other like minded mamas in your area (vs. ending up on a date you typically regret).
We are thrilled to be partnering with Peanut and we can’t wait to connect and share the free app with more moms in San Diego. They are hosting an exclusive launch event this month. We are honored to be a part of this incredible event with special guests Danielle Schaffer & Chrissy Powers. So keep an eye on our Instagram and follow along with us. Peanut recognizes that motherhood isn’t the only defining role in a woman’s life. It’s the best chapter in your book, but not the only one. They show you women in your neighborhood with similarly-aged children and create matches based on shared interests. You can chat, arrange meetups and share experiences based on meaningful topics.
Michelle Kennedy, CEO and Co-Founder of Peanut, says it was created because like most, she struggled to meet like-minded mamas when she first had her baby, Finlay. After finding herself trawling blogs for advice in the early hours while her friends were out clubbing, Michelle decided to create a product that would make life as a mama a little less lonely. Motherhood can be challenging, and Michelle’s focus is to reduce these feelings and empower women to unite, all over the world.
Stay tuned for a fun kick off event coming soon, but in the meantime download the FREE app now!
