Make Your Own Forky

Make your own Forky from the new Toy Story 4 movie! What a fun craft for kids to make. You can make this craft even if you haven’t seen the movie yet.

Make Your Own Forky

My daughter had a blast making her Forky. I just hope she doesn’t want to sleep with it like Bonnie did in the movie. This would also be a great activity for a birthday party that is Toy Story-themed, don’t you think?

I searched so many stores for sporks and had the hardest time finding them! I ended up finding some on Amazon, but you can pick up a black spork from Taco Bell if you only need a few. Other than that, all you need are a few other materials that are fairly easy to find.

Forky Craft Materials:

  1. Sporks
  2. Red Pipe Cleaners
  3. Wikki Stix, Puffy Paint or Yarn
  4. Googly Eyes
  5. Glue – I used glue sticks
  6. Popsicle Sticks
  7. White Air-Dry Clay

How to Make Your Forky:

  1. Make a base using the a ball of clay.
  2. Add the popsicle stick legs by pressing them into the bottom of the clay base.
  3. Make your Forky with the back of the spork toward you.
  4. Glue on the eyes – two different sizes.
  5. Use Wikki Stix or alternative materials to make the eyebrow and mouth.
  6. Take your pipe cleaner and place it behind the stick of the spork.
  7. Bend it around both sides once or twice, until it holds well in place.
  8. Bend and twist the ends of the pipe cleaner to make the hands.

How cute and easy is this craft? You can find the entire Forky craft tutorial on the All Natural & Good blog. There are definitely ways to make this unique with different colors and materials.
