Freshly Prepped’s meal prep serves any busy mother that is looking for ease & convenience but doesn’t want to compromise their health & quality. 

Tell us about your experience:

My favorite breakfast has been the muffins. They are sugar and gluten free, making them 100% guilt free. My favorite lunch has been the chicken, sweet potato and broccoli bowl. HOLY COW! Since trying it, I’ve been wanting more of those veggies. 

The meals are a no-brainer. They are well-portioned, full of flavor, and affordable. 

Any tips or recommendations for people who purchase the product or service?

I would call to speak with someone about your personal goals. Whether you’re looking to lose those stubborn 10 lbs. or want to gain muscle, they offer their expertise to help you reach your goals.

Anything else you would like us to know?

Freshly Prepped not only offers a meal prep service, they offer lunch catering trays as well, and Sarah rents her kitchen to up-and-coming culinary artists.  If you or someone you know wants to take their business to the next level, Sarah will definitely guide you.
