Finding fun, uplifting and positive music for your kids to listen to can be a difficult task, which is why I was excited to learn about Ruth and Emilia, a mother-daughter duo that produces kid-friendly music featuring wacky characters and promotes the acceptance of others, being the best you can be and making the world a better place.

The HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class is a 30-minute workout that you can do at home with no equipment—it includes a mix of cardio, strength and core work. This is a family-friendly Stroller Strides class to get the whole family moving in 30 minutes—you can do it in the backyard, garage, driveway, or living room! Kids can be in or out of the stroller this time!
