Frozen Foods are great for many reasons, but it is a great way to add in fruits and veggies to meals you love, at a lower cost. I know I always thought that frozen foods weren’t as healthy or they were processed, but for the most part, frozen foods retain their vitamins and minerals and there is no change to the carbohydrate, protein or fat content. Like anything it is good to have balance and variety (and I am no dietician!).
