Come experience CMP’s Sizzling Summer Fun. We are year-around but our Summer is extra special! Through specialized instruction, hands-on activities, and on-site field trips, children will think, create, and explore the world around them. Our Summer weekly themes provide children with the opportunity to do something they love or try something new and think outside of the box. We have weekly special events such as Sno-Foaming Snow Play, Bubble Mania, Outdoor Concerts, Wacky Science, Petting Zoo, Puppet Show, Animal Mania, Water Slide Day, and many more. Our students splash their hearts out with weekly Water Play Days on the outdoor grass area. Our Carmel Mountain Preschool children enhance their summer experience with trips to The Glenn once a week.
They either get to create a masterpiece in The Art Studio, explore and get their hands in the earth in The Nature Lab & Glenn Garden, or solve problems with building in our Tinkering Lab. Our themes change each week during summer so your child will have access to a variety of experiences without leaving Carmel Mountain Preschool. CMP Summer is a fun and exciting way to make the most of summer!
Peltzer Pumpkin Farm is open daily from September 23rd through October 31st. Peltzer Pumpkin Farm is a yearly tradition for thousands of families in Southern California offering pumpkins, a petting zoo, mini John Deere carts, mining for gems, and so much more.
Tickets for our attractions are $1 each, pricing for each attraction is listed below:
Monday – Friday Entrance: $2 per person. Saturday – Sunday Entrance: $3 per person.
Children under 2 years old are free with a paid adult, children 2 years and older must pay entry fee.

- Petting Farm: $3 per person (children under 2 years old are free with paid adult)
- Gem Panning: $6 per person
- Tractor Garden: FREE
- Train Ride: $6 per person (children under 2 years old are free with paid adult)
- John Deere Mini Carts: $5 per child (100lb limit per cart)
- Carnival Games: $3 per child per game
- Shaved Ice: $5 per shaved ice (Saturdays + Sundays)
Pumpkin Painting: $20 per child (Tuesdays + Thursdays at 4:30pm, must pre-purchase)
Pumpkin Painting classes will take place every Tuesday and Thursday of the season down on our Farmstead from 5:30-6:30pm. All ages welcome! $20 per person tickets include a small pumpkin, all painting materials, and a class led by our instructor. Purchase your class HERE.
Saturday – Sunday : 9am – 8pm. Attractions open at 9am. Click here for attraction hours and details. Entrance to the farm is $3 per person. Under 2 years old is free with a paid adult. Children 2 years and older must pay entry. During the weekends we usually experience a high volume of guests. Please consider visiting us on weekdays to help us space out visitors. Entrance to the farm may CLOSE while we wait for current guests to exit.

PUMPKIN PASS
Entrance to the farm is $2 per person. Under 2 years old is free with a paid adult. Children 2 years and older must pay entry. Planning to visit multiple times this season? Our new PUMPKIN PASS is fun for the whole family.
