Mission to Mars

You have been selected by the Crazy Science Mission Control to join a team of elite scientists and engineers who have been tasked with determining if humans can live on Mars. Your mission includes designing a rover, launching a rocket that will bring your rover to Mars, finding a way to land your rover safely on the surface of Mars, programming* your rover to collect surface samples, and analyzing the samples your rover collected.

Instructions
- Our camps are designed to be a blast. However, we do expect our campers to behave the same way as they do during school hours.
- You should pack water, a snack, and lunch that do not need to be refrigerated for your child.
- Portions of each day will be spent outside. Please apply sunscreen to your child before drop off.
- Late Student Pick-Up Policy – We will charge $20 for every 15 minutes a student is not picked up past the initial 15 minutes that are allotted for dismissal after our camps end.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of the camp will receive a refund except for a $20 cancellation fee.
- If we have to cancel a camp due to low registration, all participants will be refunded the full amount.
Includes a 45 minute lunch and two snack breaks (food not provided)
Example Camp Schedule:
9:00 – 11:45 Morning Science Activities
11:45 – 12:30 Lunch Break
12:30 – 3:00 Afternoon Science Activities
3:00 – Pickup
We will do 1 snack break during the morning session and another snack break during the afternoon session. Snacks and lunch are not provided. Students should bring snacks and lunch that do not need to be refrigerated.
