Detailed Information

The Watersports Camp is an exciting day camp offering kids ages 6 to 17 camps in wakeboarding, sailing, surfing, paddling, marine science and much more. The camp is held at the Mission Bay Aquatic Center, which is owned and operated by Associated Students of SDSU and UCSD Recreation, and the camp is sponsored by the YMCA.

As one of the biggest watetsports camps in the world, thousands of kids have jumped their first wake or caught their first wave at The Watersports Camp. Camps run daily, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Full-day and half-day camp options are available.

The Watersports Camp meets at the Mission Bay Aquatic Center at 1001 Santa Clara Place, San Diego, CA 92109. Check in at the blue tent on the lawn adjacent to MBAC at the South end of Santa Clara Point. Peltzer Pumpkin Farm is open daily from September 23rd through October 31st. Peltzer Pumpkin Farm is a yearly tradition for thousands of families in Southern California offering pumpkins, a petting zoo, mini John Deere carts, mining for gems, and so much more.

Tickets for our attractions are $1 each, pricing for each attraction is listed below:


Monday – Friday Entrance: $2 per person. Saturday – Sunday Entrance: $3 per person.

Children under 2 years old are free with a paid adult, children 2 years and older must pay entry fee.

  • *Crush Club Member admission is FREE
  • Petting Farm: $3 per person (children under 2 years old are free with paid adult)
  • Gem Panning: $6 per person
  • Tractor Garden: FREE
  • Train Ride: $6 per person (children under 2 years old are free with paid adult)
  • John Deere Mini Carts: $5 per child (100lb limit per cart)
  • Carnival Games: $3 per child per game
  • Shaved Ice: $5 per shaved ice (Saturdays + Sundays)

Pumpkin Painting: $20 per child (Tuesdays + Thursdays at 4:30pm, must pre-purchase)

Pumpkin Painting classes will take place every Tuesday and Thursday of the season down on our Farmstead from 5:30-6:30pm. All ages welcome! $20 per person tickets include a small pumpkin, all painting materials, and a class led by our instructor. Purchase your class HERE.

Saturday – Sunday : 9am – 8pm. Attractions open at 9am. Click here for attraction hours and details. Entrance to the farm is $3 per person. Under 2 years old is free with a paid adult. Children 2 years and older must pay entry. During the weekends we usually experience a high volume of guests. Please consider visiting us on weekdays to help us space out visitors. Entrance to the farm may CLOSE while we wait for current guests to exit.

Mon – Fri : 10am-8pm. Our Petting Farm opens at 10am, all other attractions open at 4pm. Click here for attraction hours and details.

PUMPKIN PASS

Entrance to the farm is $2 per person. Under 2 years old is free with a paid adult. Children 2 years and older must pay entry. Planning to visit multiple times this season? Our new PUMPKIN PASS is fun for the whole family.

  • Pumpkin Pass is valid Monday – Friday only

  • Weekday free entry to the farm for a family of 5 all season. *must be from the same household

  • Petting Farm entry all season

  • Must purchase tickets for additional attractions

  • Discount on all Pumpkin Painting classes

  • Must provide pass and ID for entry

  • Passes can be purchased on site at the Farm Office or online HERE.
