A La Carte Easter Brunch at The Vineyard Rose Restaurant

Guests can enjoy a curated menu in the elegant Vineyard Rose Restaurant, overlooking the vineyards at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa. Brunch offerings include favorites such as Cali Benedict, Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Toast with caviar on sourdough, and the Vineyard Breakfast with eggs, bacon or link sausage, vineyard potatoes and toast. Starters include Hummus with seasonal crudite and a Charcuterie Board featuring meats, cheeses, fruit, and Temecula honeycomb. Easter specials include Spring Herb Roast Chicken with baby potatoes or spring vegetables, White Wine & Rosemary Braised Lamb Shank with spring vegetables, and Smoked Salmon & Leek Quiche with house bechamel.
