
South Coast Winery’s Executive Chef Jon Alcala and his culinary crew will create a Thanksgiving Buffet that pleases the whole family and their holiday friends. For Starters, there is Charcuterie and Seasonal Fruit, Shrimp Cocktail, Smoked Salmon with bagels and all the fixings, Shrimp Ceviche, Butternut Squash Soup and Caesar Salad. Tempting Mains include Soyrizo Stuffed Portobello (vegan), Braised Short Rib and the Carving Action Stations feature Pasta with assorted toppings and sauces, Molasses Brined Turkey with gravy and cranberry compote and Pork Loin Roast with smoked fall spice brine. A delectable range of classic Sides are Mashed Potatoes, Apple Sage Stuffing, Green Beans Almondine, Macaroni & Cheese and Brussels Sprouts. For Dessert lovers, they’ll be offering Carrot Cake, Assorted Cheesecakes, Pumpkin and Pecan Pies.
