Seasons Restaurant, the bright and inviting cultural epicentre of Four Seasons Aviara, will host a lavish Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 11, 2025 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
With a special three-course prix-fixe menu from Chef de Cuisine Jason Winton, the afternoon is sure to delight Moms and their families. Guests will have a variety of choices for each course. Starters include bay shrimp gazpacho and crab stuffed artichoke. Lobster quiche, spaghetti carbonara with egg, and cherries jubilee are highly anticipated mains. For dessert, there’s a choice between passion fruit heart with vanilla chiffon or cherry pistachio rolls.
Pricing for Mother’s Day Brunch is USD 120 per adult. An a la carte children’s menu will also be available. Guests may enhance their experience with the berries & bubbles beverage package.
