Executive Chef Jonathan Alcala and his culinary team present a festive wine country brunch in the outdoor courtyard, featuring contemporary California cuisine with a bounty of seasonal dishes designed to delight family and friends – especially honored mothers. The buffet will showcase an array of beautifully plated selections, including a cheese and charcuterie board, hummus board, fresh fruit, breakfast pastries, shrimp cocktail, and smoked salmon display. Salads will include a classic Caesar and a Spring Greens Salad with ricotta salata, roasted beets, and red wine vinaigrette. Entrée highlights feature French Toast, Eggs Benedict, Beef Birria Enchiladas with smoked black beans, Garden Quiche, Cioppino Mussels with shrimp, Pasta Primavera with cauliflower Alfredo sauce, Rotisserie Chicken with salsa verde, and Chile Rellenos with charred poblano. Carving stations will offer Prime Rib with creamy horseradish and Cedar Plank Salmon with smoked lemon yogurt. For a sweet finish, guests can indulge in an assortment of Mother’s Day desserts, including cheesecakes, flan, Rice Krispies treats, chocolate pot de crème, fruit tarts, and cannoli.
