The Magic Piano & Chopin Shorts

This fun-filled event pairs animated film with live solo piano to introduce classical music to children ages 3–8.

The main feature, The Magic Piano, follows Anna and Chip-Chip on a magical journey aboard a flying piano. It is presented alongside The Chopin Shorts, a collection of 2–3-minute films set to Chopin etudes, offering a vibrant exploration of his piano works.

Together, these colorful, enchanting films create a near-complete overview of Chopin’s music for young audiences. The program has been performed at leading venues across the globe, including Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, and the Hong Kong Arts Festival.
