craft fair 2017

In case you missed our Valentine’s Craft Fair on February 11th, here’s a re-cap of all the amazing vendors that we had! All images you see are from one of our own SDMB Photographer team members, Melissa Tara Photography.

We know that San Diego has a plethora of craft fairs. Not just abundant in the Spring, but also in the fall- these crafts fairs are popular because San Diego moms LOVE to support small businesses. There are so many talented, mom-run businesses, that a craft fair is a great way to showcase their product AND have a chance for you to get to talk to the creative owners.

We wanted to make our craft fair small and intimate, and also have an element for the kids. Everytime I go to these large craft fairs, there’s never anything for the kiddos to do! We had all our vendors bring crafts for the littles, and they had a great time crafting while the mamas shopped!

A few special VIP craft fair ticket holders got some swag, and the opportunity to have their face painted by Samantha Anderson Artist! She did an amazing job! Head over to her site to book her services.

After the face painting for the VIP- there was tons of opportunity to shop and do crafts!

Atmat SplatMat designs was there and she has some amazingly cute and useful products. My favorite was the re-usable and washable snack bags. I also learned what “vampire tea bags” meant because she made special zipper pouches for mamas to keep them in!

Jane ala Mode was there and not only did she have some super cute decor, but also some super cute clothes! Not to mention- she has the LikeAGlove leggings which allow you to find the jeans that fit you the best! Check out our post on her personal styling services, and use the LikeAGlove leggings for yourself!

And then we have Lottie Mae clothing! Her handmade dresses were absolutely adorable. My girls were a tad too big for her dresses, but they do go up to size 10! These would make a great gifts if you don’t snag them for your own kiddos.

XOXO Baby has all natural and organic skin and hair products – for not only your baby, but for you! Her deodorant is clay based, which makes it stand out from other products, and that was my favorite.

Pins and Roses has created the most beautiful headpieces! Roses on headbands and reversible headbands are the cutest accessories. They are something so special for little girls and adults alike! I had to snag one for a favorite little two year old family friend of ours, and she just loved it.

My Little Sunshines Creative Crochet had a little bit of everything at her table. From essential oils, to crochet products (my favorite was the owl baby rattle!) to wood decor- there is nothing she can’t make!

NBT Threads is easily a favorite shop of mine, personally. Her tees and tanks are SO comfortable, and I always get a compliment from the various sayings I could be sporting on my tees at any given time! Plus, one lucky guest won a $100 shop credit as a giveaway!!!

Five O’clock Jelly never disappoints with her creative jelly. Wine + Jelly??? Such a winning combo. Not only is every single flavor of her jelly delicious, (I know because I have tried them at many different craft fairs) but they make great gifts. It’s such a unique item to give to someone!

MKR Creations had the most beautiful and delicious valentines treats! From chocolate cover pretzels, to cake pops, to caramel apples- it was all so delicious!

It was Little Grazing Doe‘s first craft fair! We couldn’t believe it because her bows were so cute! We hope to see her at many more craft fairs in the future.

Special thanks to Paper and Paste Co. for always making sure we have super cute photo props and themed decor. They NEVER disappoint, and we are so glad to have a partnership with them. craft fair 2017
