From surfing beach breaks to exploring San Diego Bay by kayak, there are BIG ADVENTURES to be had in San Diego.This summer, teens and pre-teens ages 11-17 can ADVENTURE WITH US, exploring San Diego while creating friendships, building community, and developing leadership skills for all of life’s adventures.Participants will come together from diverse cultural, ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds to create an environment where we can celebrate what makes us unique, and appreciate the differences of others.
For the 15th year in a row, we will be running our ever popular volleyball camps for girls (ages 12-18) run by some of the leading coaches in San Diego.
Our coaching staff has created a thorough and comprehensive plan for both the full-day and half-day weeklong camp that includes warm-up exercises and games, coordination, speed and agility exercises, individual skills and group training, field activities, and small-sided games and scrimmages. Examples include, but are not limited to technique, ball control, passing, dribbling, crossing, and finishing. Each day a Brazilian soccer move will be introduced and practiced in a progressive way to be applied in game situations. Our coaching staff has had extensive experience with youth soccer players of ages and levels, from beginners to advanced and looks forward to working with every player. BFA offers excellent soccer training in a fun and safe environment at SDCCU Stadium.

This camp is a unique opportunity for children with a physical disability, to attend a five-day adaptive sports camp. Sports offered include basketball, tennis, archery, rugby, soccer, physical conditioning and more. Goals include being in an inclusive community of peers, making new friends and learning how to lead an active life.
Our Intro to Rowing Summer Camp is for age 10 up to incoming 8th graders. Summer camp participants will learn the basic rowing technique, how to safely handle equipment, the importance of teamwork, and rowing specific exercises. Campers will begin summer camp rowing in training barges and then proceed in to training boats as summer camp progresses and will have the opportunity to try sweep rowing (1 oar per rower) and sculling (2 oars per rower). Campers will watch short videos demonstrating proper rowing form and review technique on rowing machines.
From our genesis as a women’s travel team in 1997, San Diego Sol has grown into a comprehensive basketball club, primarily serving boys and girls 5-18 years of age. We offer year-round camps, clinics and teams (grades K-2nd, grades 3rd-8th and high school); and we host leagues and tournaments for players of all levels and abilities.
