I have always believed that beauty comes from within and I do my very best to teach my daughter this as well. How our skin looks and feels has a lot to do with what we put into our bodies, and I also believe it is affected by what we mentally allow ourselves to hear and see day in and day out. I often remind my daughter that being beautiful isn’t a result of the princess dress she’s wearing, but by treating others with kindness, and by giving our bodies the nutrients they need.
