The Haunted Forest is an approx. 1/2 mile Halloween Walk, located at historic Banner Ranch (Banner Store), about 7 miles from Main St. Julian. Our old orchard area is decorated with graveyards, ghosts, and ghouls galore! Costumes encouraged! Wear comfortable walking shoes, The Haunted Forest is in a natural environment, open-toe shoes are not recommended. All Ages welcome! Parental discretion advised though due to some light gory content/scenes. Also contains strobe lights, fog machines, and sudden sounds/movements.
Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays in October 6:30-9:30pm! (weather permitting, tickets can be used for another day if rained out, can call 760-237-0046 to confirm if open for evening)
Tickets, snacks, drinks, and beer available for purchase in our General Store and may be consumed while walking The Haunted Forest. (Cash and credit card accepted)
Make a trip of it, and spend the night in one of our tiny houses, covered wagons, or camping sites! We feature a historic General Store built in 1872 with Lucky Lou’s Saloon, serving beer, with coin op pool tables. As well visit our friendly pet burros Elvis & Jerry Lee, or explore nature with easy access to miles of hiking trails! Come on down to Banner, where adventure awaits!
