The Year of Self-Care Continued: SDMB Fitness Party Details!

Whether you are making goals for the new year or not, there is one thing we can should all agree on for 2017: we need to make ourselves a priority!

San Diego Moms Blog has this crazy mission we are trying to accomplish in 2017- not only for ourselves, but for our amazing community of moms. We are branding 2017 as the year of self-care and we want you to be part of it!

SDMB has kicked off the new year with a Book Club, a Whole30 group, (both of which you can still join!) and now we are getting ready for our fitness party.

What is the SDMB Fitness Party?

Well, we are joining forces with various venues to bring you a ton of options to try out some new fitness classes all over San Diego for 2017. We want to make it a party atmosphere so you can try something new, and have fun doing it!

January 14th, we kick off the party at Outlier Crossfit for a one hour bootcamp that is sure to kick your butt straight into the new year! Maybe a crossfit style bootcamp is intimidating to you, which is why you have never tried a class? This is a workout geared towards beginners, so rest assured- you will be in good company.

It’s a new year- time to try new things! Grab a girlfriend and join us for a sweaty time! Childcare will be provided for free in case you have your littles with you.

Ticket info can be found here. Get them quick because we have a limited number of tickets available!

January 23rd, we are partnering with the UCSD Sigma Pi Alpha Sorority as we support the PATH program with a fun and energetic Zumbathon fundraiser!

At this party- you will dance and sweat and have a chance to win some awesome giveaways, all while supporting a good cause.

The PATH program is looking for donations directed at families who are just moving into a new home. We are striving to put together “welcome home kits”. You can find the info about donations and registering for this free event here.

January 27th will be the final party as we spin into the new year at Rush Cycle in Carmel Valley, led by Rush instructor and Crybaby Fitness owner, Emily.

Ride into the New Year and into your new fit self with a super fun spin class. Emily is known to make some super fun playlists for her classes, so bring some water and a friend to ride with you!
